Reservations

Sessions can be booked via WhatsApp, telephone or email.

Cancelation

Any cancellation must be made at least 4 hours before the appointment.

Refund

  • Sessions cancelled within the specified timeframe can be rescheduled or refunded.

  • Appointments that are not kept or are cancelled late may not be refunded.

Remote sessions

Remote sessions are considered to have taken place once the appointment has been confirmed and completed.

Exceptional cases

Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the specific circumstances. Services are considered completed once the appointment has been confirmed and carried out.
